We clearly remember the day ie 26-02-2003, we came in contact with Swamiji, because since then our lives have changed. We do witness a number of incidents, where in we feel the presence of Lord guiding us and guarding us from any potential problem.
Two such incidents I do wish to describe -
1) We stay in a different city about kms off the city where temple is located, however despite the distance we do attend the weekly Thursday pooja at the temple and seek Swamiji's blessings. Along with blessings Swamiji gives flowers for Archana and Prasad to all who queue up at the temple. One such day Swamiji gave us 'vibothi' and told us to sprinkle at our office in a particular area. My usual routine is to head home after attending pooja or visit our office in another area, than the one mentioned by Swamiji. However, since we all do respect Swamij's direction, my colleque Rajesh who accompanied to temple, too though it advisable to change plans. Accordingly, we visited the office and sprinkled 'vibothi' in the office and four corners of our yard.
Next day being a holiday, I didn't visit the office. Following day being a working day, I did visit my office at usual hour and learn one of employees - Shaajahan had not reported for duty. We assumed that owing to his drinking habits he had again overslept at his friend's place and wouldn't be calling in for work. At about 15:15 the laborers, informed me that Shaajahan who was absent from work, was found lying in the yard and had tried to commit suicide by cutting his veins of both his wrist. He was lying under some material wreck and hence other workers working in that area, didn't notice him earlier, until Shaajahan himself gained consciousness and walked up to the office. The man had severely cut himself and his shirt was soaked in blood, making it unbelievable to comprehend how he had survived so many hours in the heat. I immediately related the miraculous escape from death, to the 'vibooti' I had sprinkled on Thursday. Later it was known, his escape from death was owing to sand sealing his wound which stopped further bleeding. The man survived and we escaped the inconvenience we would have to undergo had the man be found dead.
2) My youngest son, Gaurav has very little interest in studies and does not pay any attention to school. We did mention our problem to Swamij, who asked my son which subject he is afraid of. Gaurav does not like Science and did mention same to Swamiji, who later gave him 'vibooti'. Our son is intelligent but is not focused and does not make any conscious efforts to work hard. However, at the end of semester Gaurav scored 100% in science and since then he is securing excellent grades.
